On the border of Võlla and Hellamaa villages, at the North edge of the Kuivastu-Kuressaare road.
In very dense and overgrown woods, about 3.5 km NW of the centre of Mērsrags, far from roads and homesteads.
On the W side of the foot of Stupeli hillfort; there is a small trail leading to it. At the Stupeli hillfort there is a large memorial stone with a carved title of the hillfort.
The stone with the rounded cone hollow is located 30 m direction NW from “Sterstini” (“Jodiski”) home, aside of the courtyard, next to bushes, 3 m from the road leading to the house.
