Description
State archaeological heritage (State Inspection for Heritage Protection, No 1784). It is also called the Ozolkalns Hill (Oak Hill). The cult site is related to the Ūbāni Hill Fort. Archaeological excavations allow to date the hill fort back to the 1st millennium A.D. (Latvian Hill Forts (Latvijas pilskalni). Publication by the Eiropean Heritage Days. 1998)

No recorded folklore materials have been found. The local people cannot tell anything about the site.
Attraction
It is impressing to balance on the steep slopes, one can also have a good walk, but visual impressions lack. Without any interpretation it is not perceptible.
Availability
From the Ūbāni or Ozoli homestead. No indication signs. The road to the Ūbāni is not cleaned up. Supposedly, it is marked in the map of “Jāņa sēta” incorrectly. The hill fort is on the right side of the Ilga River.

No infrastructure. The furthest plateau of the hill fort has been cleaned up (on the right side of the river).
