Description
The Baltavots Spring, also called the Holy Spring, is situated in a hardly accessible place, to which only a small path leads through underbrush woods. The depth of the spring outlet is up to 1.5 m, and in it several water and sand eruptions are whirling. In the nearby surroundings there is also another remarkable spring – the Melnavots Spring that nobody is able to show anymore lately, and it is not easy to find it in the swampy and underbrush woods.
Narrative
Wider folkloric material about this spring is not known though, but its name as a holy spring allows attributing it to the ancient cult sites.
